Missions

Southminster is committed to the support of International, National, and Local missions.

We support the Worldwide Ministries of the PC(USA) around the globe.

Nationally and Globally, we support Presbyterian Disaster Assistance as needed.

Locally and around the world, we are involved with:

• Planting New Churches, Redeveloping Churches, & Evangelism
• Social Services, Education, Self-Development of People, Social Justice, Hunger Relief, Sports Ministry, Cobb Habitat for Humanity & After School Mentoring.
• Outreach to “Hidden Peoples”, Bible Translation, and the Outreach Foundation.
• Mentoring for Teenage Mothers, Ministries United for Service & Training (M.U.S.T.)
• Sweetwater Valley Community Action Mission Program (C.A.M.P)
• Presbyterians For Renewal, Presbyterian and Reformed Renewal Ministries International, & Georgia Presbyterian Cursillo (Emmaus)
• Southminster is personally related to Magumoni Parish in Kenya (Presbyterian Church of East Africa), campus ministry workers in Mexico City, and volunteer missions workers in Nairobi, Kenya.
